Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 2024
By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on visual inspection and information provided by the client. Final pricing may be adjusted if unforeseen site conditions (e.g., hidden rock, underground utilities not marked) are encountered during the work.
Utility Locates
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all private utility lines (e.g., invisible fences, private water lines, septic components) are clearly marked before equipment arrives on site. Taylor'd Earthworks is not responsible for damage to unmarked private utilities. Public utilities should be marked via 811.
Site Access
The client must ensure adequate access for heavy equipment to the work area. Taylor'd Earthworks is not responsible for minor turf damage or soil compaction necessary to access and perform the work.
Liability and Insurance
Taylor'd Earthworks is fully insured for liability. However, we are not responsible for damage resulting from client-directed actions that contradict our professional advice.

Client Feedback
“Mark cleared about four acres of brush that had gone wild for a decade. Showed up when he said, worked straight through, and the ground looked better than I expected.”
“Our driveway washed out every spring. He recut it, put in a culvert and built a real base. Two winters later it hasn't moved.”
“Site prep for a 40x60 shop. Pad was dead-on grade and the drainage works. Easy to get on the phone, which is more than I can say for the last guy.”
“Storm took down half a fence row. Taylor'd Earthworks had it cleaned up and mulched in a day and hauled off everything that couldn't stay.”
